GETTING THERE

TO PORDENONE

From Venezia Mestre train station there are plenty of trains going to Udine or Trieste that stop in Pordenone. The trip should take around an hour.

TO HOTEL

The hotel is easily reachable from Pordenone's train station. Once there, exit through the main entrance and proceed straight by crossing the street into Via G. Mazzini, you'll soon find it on the right.

TRAVEL

The closest airport is Venice Marco Polo (VCE) which has a bus service to Venezia Mestre train station. Some of you might use the occasion to do some traveling around in which case it could be more convenient to land somewhere else and get to Pordenone by train. For inspirational purpose, here are some ideas, depending on how much time you'll have:

3 DAYS

You would have time to land in Venice on Friday, spend a couple of nights around Pordenone and leave from Venice on Sunday.

4 DAYS

With an extra day you could spend a night in Venice, definitely worth it if you've never been. Art Biennale will also be ongoing, but might require an extra day.

INFO ON BIENNALE

A WEEK

This would give you some more options. You could land in Florence, which is 3 hours away by train, make your way to Pordenone and Venice and depart from there.

Or land in another european city (Paris, Berlin, Prague, you name it), spend 3 days there and then fly to Venice. European flights are generally cheap.

2 WEEKS

Staying within Italy, this will give you plenty of time to do the classic Rome-Florence-Bologna-Venice and end up in Pordenone by train.

Or to the other side towards Croatia-Slovenia-Venice-Pordenone also by train.

Or really visit any other European country and take a flight to Venice a couple of days before.

Kindly let us know if you'll be joining us by February. Please write your full names and if you have dietary restrictions.
